We reach motivated sellers and serious buyers through the channels that work.
07. Scalability
Our systems let us serve more clients in more markets without losing the personal touch.

Private lenders give us fast access to funds, so we can act quickly and close with cash on the right opportunities. In return, lenders earn interest on a loan secured by real estate.
How a private loan works
- The lender funds a specific property, with a minimum of $50,000.
- A real estate lawyer prepares the documents, and the lender is registered on title.
- Funds are paid to our lawyer in trust. They never pass through our hands.
- The property is purchased and renovated, then sold or refinanced.
- Lenders are paid monthly interest, a lump-sum payment at sale, or an agreed share of the profit.
- The borrower pays the legal and closing costs.
What lenders receive
- A copy of the loan agreement or registered mortgage
- A promissory note where the mortgage is not registered
- Any other documents recommended by legal counsel
Information is shared privately and is not an offer of securities. Every loan is documented by independent legal counsel. All investments carry risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Speak with your own lawyer or financial advisor before lending.
