Deal Estate Club makes offers to purchase real estate. We are real estate investors, not licensed real estate agents or brokers, and we do not represent sellers or buyers. Our interests in a transaction are our own.

Assignments

When we sign an agreement to purchase your property, we may buy it ourselves or assign our agreement to another investor for a fee. We disclose this in writing before you sign, and your sale price and terms stay as agreed.

Independent advice

We encourage every seller to get advice from a lawyer or licensed real estate professional before signing any agreement. Our cash offer reflects the property's condition and the convenience of a fast, as-is sale with no repairs, showings or commissions.

No obligation

Requesting an offer is free and creates no obligation. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until an agreement is signed by both parties.
